Shyshkovskyy S. Economic evaluation and planning of enterprise development in conditions of uncertainty

Object of study: process of the evaluation and planning of enterprise development. Objective: developing of theoretical positions and methodological and practical recommendations for evaluation and planning of enterprise development. Methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, spreadsheet, historical, graphic, economic and statistical analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, expert estimates. The novelty: for the first time developed information and graphical method of display of evaluation results of enterprises development on two criteria, namely integral indicator of consistency of enterprises development, which includes element indicator of existing potential, effectiveness of the functioning and performance of enterprises development and the modified factor of development balance that enables identificy type of development (proactive, active, reflexive, adaptive) and plan the direction for further development in accordance with the basic strategy in an uncertain business environment, improved method of planning proactive enterprise development based on process-oriented and project approaches, with the establishment of optimal program development, indicators system of performance evaluation of enterprises development, which, unlike others, provides the allocation of three constructed element indicators of "available capacity", "effective functioning" and "development effectiveness" taking into account the factors of competitiveness, information and communication activities, certainty of business environment. Scope: in activities of domestic industrial enterprises JSC "Ivano-Frankivsk plant "Promprylad". Lviv branch of the oil, gas and gas condensate of Gas production department of "Poltavagasvydobuvannya" of JSC "Ukrgasvydobuvannya" and JV "Sferos-Electron" by developing and development of theoretical and methodological tools of evaluation and development planning companies in uncertainty, in the learning process PHEE "Lviv University of Business and Law".
