Nesterenko N. The models of chronotope in historical novels by Pavlo Zahrebelny of 1980-90s.

The object - the historical novels of 80-90s by P. Zagrebelnyi ("Roksolana" (1980), "I am, Bohdan (Confession in glory)" (1983), " Millennial Nicholas") (1994)); the aim - to identify the models of chronotopes characteristic of the novels of 80-90s by P. Zagrebelnyi as idiostylistic means of creation of the system structural, genre and thematic specific of the artist's texts; the methods - induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, selection and systematization of the material, descriptive, historical literary, comparative historical, comparative typological, system holistic analysis of literary texts, structural analysis, elements of hermeneutic analysis; novelty - holistic analysis of the specific of the chronotopic structure of the historical novels of 80-90s by P. Zagrebelnyi by means of identifying the chronotopes of action-by-action type (chronotopes of struggle, victory, atonement, retribution, vengeance, defeat, loss, discovery, enlightenment, comprehension, ordeal, self-creating, change, transition) was introduced; the possibility of studying of the writer's creative work of that period as an attempt of creation of historiosophic conception of a human being was proved; findings can be useful for scientists, lecturers, professors while working out courses of lectures on history and theory of Ukrainian literature, teaching special courses on Ukrainian literature of the 21-th, creating textbooks and corporate monographs on the corresponding range of problems, and for the students while doing scientific researches; subject area - philology.
