Dobriiak V. Information technology of data generation and estimation the educational process quality in the technical institution of higher education

The research object is the learning process in technical IHE; the goal - improving the efficiency of formation data for evaluating the quality educational process in a technical IHE through the use of modern methods of information processing that ensure its accuracy;the methods of research are the testing technology, the theory of fuzzy logic, statistical data analysis and econometric methods; the results of research are model and proven methods to the level of software; novelty - for the first time developed a model of evaluation of quality educational process, which unlike the existing method based on "DEA" that ensures the accuracy of information in assessing the results of training in technical IHE; the method of determining the level of specialist training by using estimates of quality indicators in the form of fuzzy linguistic variables, allowing to consider the individual characteristics of the student; took further development of information technology of data processing and for evaluating the quality of the educational process at technical universities through the use of modern methods of statistical analysis; the level of implementation - introduced in the educational process of departments in "Kharkiv Social and Economic Institute", Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, National Aerospace University named after N.E. Zhukovsky "KhAI"; the cope of use - technical IHE, regional centers of education quality evaluation, system of educational institutions of Ukraine.
