Murza K. Separatism in the context of the state disintegration

The phenomenon of the separatism in the state disintegration context is analyzed in the present work. It should be noted that the closer interconnection exists between these phenomena, that is confirmed by different events. It is determined that separatism can appear as the reason and consequence of the state disintegration process, thereby there is a two - way connection. The state of the separatism in terms of scientific development, methodology, conceptual approaches to the understanding of separatism and its forms were studied. The separatism problem was studied by different domestic and foreign scientists that indicates importance of this issue. The Ukrainian separatism peculiarities especially in the Crimea and Donbas region were analyzed. Author marked that the separatism on these territories originated to the Soviet Union dissolution process. It was determined that the identification factors played crucial role that were formed by different political technologies. Author worked out methods of the Ukrainian separatism solution. In his opinion, the solution mechanism should include different methods particularly in the information and ideological fields.
