Essay

The thesis presented theoretical generalization and new practical solution to an actual problem of improving the ways and methods of optimization and preservation of mental health of future physicians. This problem was solved by identifying content and features significant impact for physicians psychological factors mental health. Due to identify emotional, intellectual and personal factors and their relationships, their role in determining the structure of mental health developed and tested developmental-correction program to activate the selected factors and optimization of the mental health of interns. The initial theoretical propositions for the study were the idea of mental health as the ability to function at a high level behavioral and emotional regulation, which provides individual inner and outer harmony. It is shown that in the current development of psychology differentiate the concept of mental and psychological health, mental health is assessed in relation to the criteria standards of mental activity; mental health is often identified with the concept of psychological well-being, happiness and personal health. Psychological factors are recognized on the one hand indicators of mental health, and on the other - its determinants. Proved that the main areas of developmental, corrective work for future doctors to optimize and preserve their mental health should be raise awareness of mental health in general and in particular for its psychological factors in health care workers; promote a clearer understanding of reality, consciousness; optimization of anxiety; the skills of self-optimization tension sensitivity; increasing self-esteem, self-efficacy enhancement feelings; removing accretions and neurotic reactions; developing effective communication skills; development of tolerance, flexibility, plasticity in professional communicative process; self-examination and testing of the most effective coping strategies; the formation of values and careful attention to their health; develop their own, individual programs for the conservation of Mental Health.
