The work purpose: to improve the reliability of the evaluation of morphological parameters biofluid by developing new methods and creation on their basis of the definition of biotech age-related changes of the body. Methods: methods based on the basic provisions of the theory of light scattering particles, mathematical modeling, computer modeling, mathematical statistics, Artificial Neural Networks. Scientific novelty of the results is in-depth and further development of existing and development of new theoretical positions, methods and mathematical models of the morphological changes of water biological fluids of the human body with age. The practical significance of the results: to develop an automated test bench for determining the scattering of laser radiation by water clusters biofluid; The technique of determining the functional state of the body using biomarkers; The technique of determining the boundaries of the stability index of the functional state of the body; developed by the Bioengineering system determine the functional state of the human body; assessed the effectiveness of BTS by the index of the functional state.
