Essay

The thesis is devoted to the creation of local closed circuits energy use in the food industry. Changes identified hardware support of production of ethyl alcohol and beer in order to increase the degree of energy recovery potential of secondary energy resources. The identified mathematical models for determining the intensity of extraction of ethanol by adiabatic and boiling in the blowing carbon dioxide through the material flow. Results distillery introduced at the economic effect of 150 thousand UAH.
