The objects of dissertation work concern to motivation of innovative activity on machine-building enterprises. The study aims to develop theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations for the use of stimulus and reasons of innovative activity of employees on machine-building enterprises. The author used such methods as: theoretical generalization and systematization, mesh charts and Pert-method, questionnaire, statement processing, interviewing matrix "cause-effect" economic-mathematical modeling and combining analysis, simulation, method of expert evaluations, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization. The theoretical value of the thesis is the study of the theoretical foundations in innovation management and its motivation. Scientific novelty refers to theoretical basis and develop practical recommendations for motivating of innovative activity of employees on machine-building enterprises. The subject of research is theoretical and methodological issues of stimulus and reasons of innovative activity of employees on machine-building enterprises.
