Object - postoperative laparotomic and trocar wounds of the abdominal wall; goal - increase the level of prevention of festering and inflammatory complications and improve outcomes of postoperative laparotomic and trocar wounds of the abdominal wall through the use of complex improved methods suturing surgical wounds, the modification of the suture, the use of bio-physical means of influencing around the wound tissue; methods - experimental, clinical, laboratory, bacteriological, morphological, instrumental, the statistical; results - based on research results proved the feasibility of using the modified method of sewing muscular-aponeurotic layer postoperative laparotomic and trocar wounds of the abdominal wall with a nodal suture knots subgaleal location; based on the results of research and justified the positive clinical application in conditions polyfilament suture pre "extemporaneously" treated solution decametoxine and dimexidum a ratio of 4:1; clinically substantiated application techniques impact at about the wound tissue galvanic current of low intensity, without the use of external sources to prevent infection surgical incision in elective surgery for 60 minutes 3 times a day; the complex of methods of treatment of postoperative laparotomic and trocar wounds of the abdominal wall to prevent surgical incision infection after elective surgery in accordance with the proposed algorithm; branch – medicine.
