Verbovuj P. Violation of family life in infertility in men (clinical features, mechanisms of formation, psychological correction)

This work shows the theoretical foundation and practical solution to an actual problem correction violation of family life (VFL) with infertility in men is done through the improvement of their individual and family functioning. The basis of data made a comprehensive study of 180 couples in which men diagnosed excretory-toxic infertility, among which 90 couples took place signs VFL (study group), the other 90 pairs - not (comparison group). As a result of analysis of the phenomenon VFL with infertility in men, highlighted his psycho-emotional, sexual, psychological and marital laws of formation, described the development and progression phases: the phase of denial and anger - the disintegration of the family system (76.7% SG 1, 50% SG2 and 13 3% SG 3) through a phase of removal and frustration - strain the family system (16.7% SG 1, 33.3% SG 2 and 23.3% SG 3), the phase of indifference and neglect - the destruction of the family system (6.7% SG 1, 16.7% SG 2 and 63.3% SG 3). Principles correction VFL with infertility in men formulated the general terms and conditions of sale; by basic tools (cognitive-behavioral, group, family, personalistic therapy psyhoeducation), based tasks (conscious motivation for inclusion in psychological correction process and subsequent participation in it; Dis-leveling and psycho-emotional disorders scope, correction of maladaptive personality constructs, restoration of normal sexual relationships, family environment reorganization of residence, marital relationships correction, creating a family "psychotherapeutic environment", awareness and acceptance of real life perspective) and ways to achieve them.
