Essay

This Thesis is the first special study in Ukraine of the problems of the object and the subject of crime in the sphere of issue of the securities, their placement or issuance and circulation. There was revealed the theoretical aspects of the subject and the object of crime, analyzed the structure of social relations as object of the crime and defined the essence of each element. Іn this research the definitions of generic object of crime in the sphere of issue of the securities, their placement or issuance and circulation are proposed.
