The thesis is the first complex scientific and theoretical research of legal nature of institutional lawmaking policy of Ukraine. A theory-based scientific analysis of approaches to understanding the essence of law police is conducted in the thesis. A legal nature of institutional lawmaking is examined; the peculiarities of institutional lawmaking policy as a special type of legal police are defined. The history of genesis of institutional lawmaking policy in Ukraine is analyzed. A range of subjects and the object of institutional lawmaking policy are defined. The general principles and forms of implementation of institutional lawmaking policy are described.
