The thesis was devoted to the study of mother's organism gestational adaptation features and fetoplacental complex functioning in women with Candida vulvovaginitis. Based on retrospective and prospecrive researches data, the author studied the disease course before and during pregnancy. The gestation course features were studied in such patients, the pregnancy and labour complication structure was defined, the vaginal intestinal microecology in pregnant women was examined, as well as biotope of oral cavity of newborns from the examined mothers. The cellular and humoral immunity state was analyzed, there were defined features of fetoplacental complex functioning in women with Candida vulvovaginitis. The point is a proved necessity of use of complex antimycotic therapy with additional involvement of probiotics (pro- and symbiotics) in the medical treatment of Candida vulvovaginitis during gestation. It was offered pathogenetically reasonable complex antimycotic therapy, which allows not only to lower the gestation complications rate, but also to improve the favourable perinatal indices in pregnant women with Candida vulvovaginitis.
