The thesis is devoted to the improvement of the diagnostic methods and treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs with the background and precancerous endometrial pathology and cervical cancer at the present stage, by way of introduction of the recombinant alpha- interferon-2? into the therapy. It was revealed that the etiological factor of the chronic inflammatory diseases of pelvic organs is the mixed infection: 100% herpes viruses, 86.7% human papilloma virus, 100% fungi, and also combination of the opportunistic pathogenic flora. Presence of the chronic pelvic pain was found in 63.3% of women, menstrual disorders in 90.8% of the patients. The background and precancerous pathologies of endometrium and cervix were detected in 100% of the patients having chronic inflammatory conditions of pelvic organs. In the course of the comprehensive baseline anti-inflammatory treatment in combination with the alpha- interferon-2? 100% of patients with CIN1-ІІ have cured, remission of inflammation by the data of cytological investigations of the cervical canal and uterine endometrium has been noted in 100% of the patients, disappearance of the chronic pelvic pain in 94.7% of the patients. An algorithm of early diagnosis of the reproductive system chronic inflammation with the background and precancerous diseases of the endometrium and cervix has been developed and implemented, allowing early to detect the uterine endometrial proliferative processes in 100% of the patients. The new approach in treatment of the chronic pelvic inflammation with background and precancer therapy has been introduced.
