Dovgaluk I. Memorial Activity As a Factor State Development in Ukraine

Object of research: public policy public memory. Objective: is the theoretical justification memorial activities and determining future directions of its development as a factor of state in Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, the comparative analysis. Results are in developing theoretical approaches to the memorial activity as a factor of state in Ukraine. Novelty: formulated further directions of development of the memorial as a factor of state in Ukraine; received further generalization of experience of foreign countries for the implementation of the memorial and others. Introduced in the activities of City Council and others. USES: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
