In the thesis methodical, scientific and practical recommendations on forming a system of financial motivation for managing staff at the enterprise thus implementing two basic functions: forming of motivational staff profiles and promoting efficiency employment (function stimulating work efficiency) have been systematized and developed. The model financial motivation, which optimizes ratio between fixed and variable part, simultaneously provides two basic functions perform financial motivation in the company has been proposed. The organizational and functional model of implementation of convergent motivation systems with optimal and constant variable salary parts, combining the interests of staff and owners has been developed. Its approbation by introduction in small engineering companies demonstrated high efficiency, at insignificant growth spending on incentives took place significant increase productivity, reduce turnover, improved social and psychological perception of financial motivation to personal of enterprise. The system of financial motivation in small engineering enterprises based on implementation of model of providing of balance of workers and business owners interests has been formed.
