Nahorna V. Rights of disabled children and legal guarantees of their protection in Ukraine (theoretical and law aspects).

The core and the subject-matter of the categories "legal status of the disabled child", "rights of disabled children", "legal personality of the disabled child" have been researched in the dissertation. Complex scientific investigation of theoretical and law aspects of the legal status of disabled children in modern conditions of forming Ukraine as a social and legal state has been provided. History of forming rights of disabled children and their regulatory support have been analyzed. In the context of the science "Theory of the State and Law" the notion, legal substance and trends of formation of disabled children's rights have been determined. The core of legal personality of disabled children has been investigated and classification of disabled children's rights has been presented. The mechanism of realization as one of the most important legal guarantees of protection of disabled children's rights has been revealed. Guarantees of realization of disabled children's rights in the sphere of health care have been highlighted. The mechanism of realization of disabled children's rights to social security in system of legal guarantees of protection has been analyzed. The mechanism of realization as legal condition of protection of disabled children's right to education has been reviewed. The main points and recommendations on improving the law of Ukraine as for ensuring, realizing and protecting disabled children's rights have been suggested.
