Object of the study: the defeat of the organ of vision in patients with tumors of the cerebellopontine angle (MMU). Objective: to improve the diagnosis of complications of the organ of vision in patients with tumors (MMU) before and after neurosurgical intervention and improve the treatment of lesions of the anterior surface of the eye during the postoperative lagophthalmos. Research methods and instruments: ophthalmic, immuno-enzyme, statistical; the direct Ophthalmoscope company Heine (Germany), slit lamp SL-2, TOPCON 3D OCT-1000, OKULUS-CENTER FIELD-2. Theoretical and practical results: the proposed and implemented complex treatment with the use of low-energy laser radiation on the tissue of the anterior surface of the eye during the postoperative lagophthalmos (patent of Ukraine # 88873). When applying laser marked positive trend is the increase of visual acuity and reduction of symptoms of keratopathy according to biomicroscopy in the application of quantitative fluoresceine test and positive changes in the indices of hydration of the eye. Novelty: the scientific data on the prevalence of ophthalmic disorders in patients with tumors of the MMA. Determined that in the early postoperative period after removal of the tumor compared with the preoperative condition, there are positive changes related to reducing the number of patients with congestion of the optic nerve. Expanded scientific understanding of the status of cytokines in tear fluid of patients with neurotrophic keratitis when lagophthalmos after surgery for tumors of the MMA. It is determined that there is a significant increase in levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor alfa, which reflects the degree of inflammation in the tissues of the anterior surface of the eye in parallel with the development of destruction epitheliale layer eye surface.
