Yanholenko O. Models and information technologies of measurement processes support in quality management system of higher education establishment

Object of research: monitoring and evaluation process in quality management system of higher education establishment (HEE) Goal of research: to increase business value of information of monitoring results in quality management system of HEE by means of the development and usage of models and information technologies of measurement processes support. Research methods: system analysis, methods of artificial intelligence theory, algebra of finite predicates of the first order, method of comparator identification, Web Mining methods, methods of mathematical statistics and Item Response theory. Theoretical and practical results are based on the improvement of substantiation of monitoring results for effecient management in HEE on the basis of models and information technologies of performance and quality indicators measurement processes support. Scientific novelty: the conceptual model of web monitoring was developed, that considers the web as a data source and extends the existing approach to monitoring which allows to decrease subjectivity and to increase the substantiation of indicators' values. Implementation: results are deployed on the law faculty of V.N.Karazin Kharkiv national university (Kharkiv). Application area: automation of monitoring and measurement processes.
