Goltsova O. Atypical regulators of social relations in the system of social and legal regulation

In this dissertation work complex scientific research of place and role is carried out in the modern globalization terms of atypical regulators of public relations in the system of the right adjusting. History of becoming of concept of atypical regulators of public relations is considered as object of scientific cognition. A level is analysed them scientific development and generalized looks of scientists to problems of essence and maintenance of atypical regulators of public relations. Indicated essence, scientific and practical value of legal fiction and the author decision of legal fiction is offered. Essence and application of legal axioms domains is reflected in the context of their value and functions in a legal sphere. The analysis of presumption of law is given, it the personal touches and signs as an offtype regulator of social relations.
