Essay

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the aspects of teaching professionally-oriented Chemistry to students in vocational schools of culinary profile. For the effectiveness of the suggested methodology General Chemistry is added professionally oriented indicative content, materials in Chemistry are designed with the orientation in the specialty. The findings of the research are included in the Teaching Manual in Chemistry (a curriculum, a course book and a student book for workshops and practical classes), which is approved of by the Ministry of Education and Science in Ukraine.
