Essay

We have developed a new technique for the preparation of new ferromagnetic semiconductor materials based on the layered crystals as well as for the first time the features of the ferromagnetic properties of Co0.15GaSe crystals were investigated. A study of the pressure and tensosensitivity of the InSe and GaSe single crys-tals and their metal intercalats was carried out. We established that dominating is the effect of the dynamic sensitivity in the case of the layered crystals. The n-SnO2/p-GaSe and n-SnO2/p-Co0.15GaSe heterojunctions were fabri-cated by the spray pyrolysis technique. The parameters of the heterojunctions and the current transport mechanisms through the heterojunc-tions were established.
