Voron R. Business legal maintainence of the pharmaceutical market in Ukraine.

The thesis is independent and complete research, provides new theoretical results proved that collectively solve scientific tasks is to develop a scientific theoretical approaches and specific legal measures economic and legal functioning and development of the national pharmaceutical market. The thesis research of the current state of economic competence of the pharmaceutical market, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors and other pharmacies, as well as state control over medical drugs. In this paper, the necessity of legal system to ensure all elements of the pharmaceutical market and the order of interaction between them. Therefore, the urgent task of business and legal science is to systematize legislation on pharmaceutical management, ensuring economic and legal means to further the development of socially acceptable. Established system of receptors States to improve the competitiveness of pharmaceutical market that require active use of economic incentives and legal means. The study revealed a system of key business legal means to ensure the activities of the pharmaceutical market, such as used and those that should be significantly improved. The problem of formation of systematic and coherent legislative mechanism for support of specially authorized state control in the pharmaceutical market.
