The thesis deals with research of publishing in Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. In this work the main scientific approaches to the study of publishing activities in the institute have been described, contribution and role of the studentship have been determined, the main periods of publishing development in the institute have been separated, the structure and peculiarities of organization and management of publishing activities in Publishing and Printing Complex "Publishing House "Politehnica"" have been revealed, data about scientific and educational repertory of modern university publishing have been presented (the case of publications of Publishing and Printing Complex "Publishing House "Politehnica"").
