Essay

Dissertation devoted to the improvement of methods of diagnosis and more effective treatment for low back pain with radicular syndrome reflex and lumbar level. Positive role of individual intensive soft methods of manual therapy was established, even if clinical course of spinal osteochondrosis or developed treatment course were not taken into account. It was established in the work, that developed treatment methods using with accent on intensive scheme of soft methods of manual therapy can significantly decrease vertebral syndrome, in-hospital treatment course, frequency and severity of vertebral osteochondrosis exacerbations, can improve patient's quality of life and vertebrodynamics, rheolographycal and electroneuromyographical indices in patients with reflex and radicular syndromes. Developed treatment methods were significantly more efficient comparing with standard or routine soft methods of manual therapy. Developed treatment methods using with accent on intensive scheme of soft methods of manual therapy led to the statistically significant decreasing of in-hospital treatment course, which was not related to the disease form or symptoms regress. This significance was attributed not only to the initial data, but comparing with other 2 groups data as well. The necessity of developed treatment methods implementation for treatment of the patients with severe vertebral pain syndrome in hospital was clarified and indicates statistically reasonable non-drug treatment course of the patients with reflex and radicular syndromes of spinal osteochondrosis at lumbar level during developed course of rehabilitation treatment.
