Essay

The thesis has presented a comprehensive solution to the task of systematic scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases of formation and development of the enterprise's dynamic capabilities to enhance the its strategic position. The basic concept of the company's dynamic capabilities and stages of its formation and development was systematized. The category of "the enterprise dynamic capability" in a post-industrial economy was identified. Based on the configuration of competencies company it was offered to provide three types of the company dynamic capabilities, including primary, secondary and tertiary ones. The methodical approach to identification, forming and development of the company dynamic capabilities was proposed. It was proved the hypothesis that concerted pairs of the company competencies formed its primary dynamic capability. On the base of the input in scientific use the term of "the positive effect of dissonance" there was proposed the mechanism of identifying areas of expansion of the company primary dynamic capability on the secondary level. According to the identified variants of the company dynamic capabilities the indirect link between the company dynamic capabilities and its strategic position was proved. The system of indicators to track the level of development of the company dynamic capabilities was enlarged. The described approach to the identification and expansion of the company dynamic capabilities allows to CEOs and all stakeholders to identify intangible but determining sources of competitive advantages in the conditions of post-industrial economy.
