The dissertation is dedicated to elucidation of peculiarities as to morphological and functional state of kidneys after skeletal, craniocerebral and combined cranioskeletal trauma and their role within the pathogenesis in acute period and the period of early manifestations of traumatic disease. On the background of modeled traumas the rate of glomerular filtration and diuresis lessen significantly, proximal and distal transport of sodium ions are going to slow down, the excretion of total protein is increasing, creatine concentration is growing in the serum and urine at that its excretion and clearance are decreasing. The results got allow us to find new approaches as for valuation of excretory function of kidneys within the dynamics of posttraumatic period and they emphasize the necessity of developing individualized methods of intensive therapy in the course of each disease in particular.
