Essay

Object: anti-meningococcal plasma. Purpose: sientifically substantiate the possibility of obtaining anti-meningococcal plasma from donor specific non-immunized population and develop methodological approaches to the determination of its quality control indicators. It was established that regardless of the method of obtaining fresh frozen anti-meningococcal plasma met quality standards of national and international regulatory documents. The methods of monitoring quality parameters of anti-meningococcal plasma procured using different methods: volume estimation, calculation of the amount of residual cells were worked out.
