Gulko O. Ecological and economic mechanism on sustainable utilization of agricultural lands.

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical approaches to the improvement over ecological and economic mechanism on sustainable utilization of agricultural lands as well as specified the conceptual and categorical apparatus on research. Peculiarities in forming and functioning of the ecological and economic mechanism on sustainable utilization of agricultural lands have been discovered. Criteria and indicators for evaluation of the environmental and economic efficiency of agricultural lands utilization have been systematized. Modern ecological and economic state of agricultural lands utilization during the implementation of land reform has been reviewed. The mechanisms operation efficiency of agricultural lands utilization has been determined. Ways to ecological and economic rehabilitation of agricultural lands as well as efficiency increasing for the utilization have been scientifically substantiated. The toolkit for ecological and economic mechanism on sustainable utilization of agricultural lands has been improved. European experience in the ecological and economic mechanism on agricultural lands utilization functioning has been overview, as well as ways of it possible adaptation in Ukraine have been given.
