This paper is dedicated to justification of theoretical basics, development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations regarding to formation of market of ecological services in the field of agricultural nature use. It improved classification of ecological services in accordance with economic, social-and-organizational and natural-and-geographical features of distribution. It suggested author's term "ecological services in the field of agricultural nature use" and justified twelve groups of ecological services for solving ecological issues of rural area. It developed a systematic approach to formation of market of ecological services in the field of nature use directed to obtaining synergetic effect in rural nature use on the basis of integration of activity of suppliers and perspective consumers of ecological services. This divided perspective consumers of ecological services in agricultural nature use into segments, according to which the tools of marketing were adapted. This improved methods of formation of price for ecological service "management of solid domestic wastes in rural area", with a consideration of internal and external factors of production and solving the stated ecological problem. This justified organizational models of providing services of ecological consulting for entrepreneurs and people in the field of agricultural nature use.
