Cheremnov D. Legal presumptions and fictions in the civil procedure of Ukraine.

Dissertation contains the theoretical analysis of order of application of legal presumptions and fictions in the civil procedure of Ukraine. The historical sources of studies are considered about legal presumptions and fictions in civil procedure are being researched. Categories of “legal presumption” and “legal fiction” are defined, their content and characteristic signs are being analyzed. Classification of legal presumptions and fictions in civil procedure is carried our according to different grounds, and also functions that are executed by legal presumptions and fictions in the civil procedure are being investigated.The exemplary list of legal presumptions and fictions of the civil procedural law is also offered in the dissertation, and also the content of some procedural presumptions and fictions is being investigated.
