Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and practical research of issues of civil and legal regulation of relations connected with the procedure of executing of major transactions of statuary business entities. The main stages of developing Ukrainian legislation on major transactions are established; the current state of such legislation in some foreign countries is found out. The objective of implementing norms about major transactions within the corporate legislation of Ukraine is elucidated in the paper; features of a major transaction arising out of such tasks are set; their content is studied.
