Essay

The dissertation provides theoretically grounded provisions improving the legal regulation mechanism of relations in the process of proving and averment and defines the features of legal evidence in civil proceedings. It also finds that the purpose of legal evidence is to establish an objective truth in a civil case, the result of which is legal knowledge, i.e. the achievement by the court the right perception about the circumstances of a considered case.
