The object of study: public policy in the field of public-private partnerships. Objective: To study are theoretical approaches and practical recommendations to improve the mechanisms for implementing public-private partnership in the field of entrepreneurship of Ukraine. Methods: analysis, synthesis, logic generalization, structural-genetic, institutional and scenario forecasting. Results: Reasoning of theoretical approaches and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms for implementing public-private partnership in the field of entrepreneurship Ukraine. Novelty: An integrated approach to the development of public-private partnership in the enterprise sphere of Ukraine; Forsyth technology adapted to the information of the management of the development of public-private partnership in the field of entrepreneurship; obtained the further development of concepts and terminology of the theory of public administration through the updated scientific interpretation of the essence of the concepts of "public-private partnership", "mechanisms for implementing public-private partnership in the enterprise sphere" and others.
