Nazarenko O. Theoretic and Legal Fundamentals of Political System of Society.

Historiography and methodology of the study of the political system of society are established. Notion, structure, main features and functions of political system of society have been defined. The following constituent elements of its structure, composed of five parts, are studied: institutional - subjects of politics (state, political parties, non-governmental organizations, local government and labor unions), normative (system of political and legal norms), functional (political relations, political activity, political process, political regime), ideological (political and legal culture), communicative - connecting bonds between all elements of political system of society. Main legal acts regulating activity of political subjects in Ukraine have been defined. Suggestions regarding development of legal basis of political system of society are defined.
