Semenohov I. Criminal Liability for Evasion of Child Support Payments or Subsistence of Disabled Parents

The generic, specific and direct objects of the crime under the Art. 164 and Art. 165 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are defined in the paper. Characteristics of victims "child", "disabled parents" and the matter of a crime - the funds to support these people are realized. Criminal and legal analysis of the act "evasion of paying the funds for subsistence" is carried out; its socially dangerous consequences are studied. Subjective features of evasion of paying the funds for subsistence are established. The author noted on the features of exemption from criminal liability for evasion of child support payments or subsistence of disabled parents.
