Filonenko H. Criminological characteristic and prevention of crimes committed by women in the family and domestic sphere

The dissertation deals with criminological characteristic and prevention of crimes committed by women in the family and domestic sphere. The analysis of quantitative and qualitative features of this type of criminality is performed, the author's classification of crimes committed by women in the family and domestic sphere is suggested. The basic moral and psychological characteristics of the criminals' personality are described; the system of determination of female criminal behavior is also investigated. The analysis of the generally-social, specially-criminological and individual prevention activities is conducted. Special attention is paid to the study of victimological prevention activities.
