The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the legal regulation of the participation of organs of local self-government in the civil procedure for protection of rights, freedoms and interests of other persons. Legal nature of interest of organs of local self-government is found out in the civil procedure, legal grounds are analyzed, purpose and task of their participation during consideration of cramps of civil cases. There are considered general and special pre-conditions of addressing to the court of organs of local self-government with statements in order of the article 45 of CPK of Ukraine. The judicial order of entry and bringing in civil procedure of organs of local self-government is exposed. The question of form, maintenance and evidential value of conclusion of organ of local self-government, which is given at consideration of business in a court, is exposed. Differences are adopted in participation of organs of local self-government in case of addressing to the court with statements in order of the article 45 of CPK of Ukraine from other subjects of civil procedure, namely, sides, representatives, declarants. Carried out comparatively legal description of organs of local self-government in relation to a grant a conclusion in business with other participants of civil judicial relations, in particular, with the third persons which do not declare independent requirements in relation to the matter of dispute, experts, specialists, witnesses. On the basis of the dissertation research the conclusions and suggestions for improving the current legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of legal regulation of the participation of organs of local self-government is in civil procedure.
