Demchuk A. Contract of storage at the warehouse (warehousing)

The dissertation is dedicated to a complex research of warehouse storage contract. In a thesis realized main stages, trends and patterns of formation and development of contract storage at the warehouse in the civil legislation of Ukraine and the ideas in the doctrine of civil law. Found out the content and nature of the major problems encountered in the civil law regulation of relations in the warehouses storage contract. The legal nature, concept, content and characteristics contract storage at the warehouse and its place in the civil contracts have been determined. Based on current legislation and practice peculiarities of simple and double warehouse certificates are determined and soundly simple and double warehouse certificates are hybrid securities. The study analyzed the subjective rights and legal obligations of the parties contract storage at the warehouse and the consequences of failure or improper performance of their duties. Formulated scientific and theoretical findings suggestions and recommendations for improving legislation and law enforcement on contract storage at the warehouses.
