Essay

The dissertation has been aimed to make the all-round research of the nоnames contracts in the sphere of show business in Ukraine. In the dissertation thesis the determination of show business as an object demanding the legal regulation, there have been regarded the issues of the subjects' legal status and the forms of making the contracts in the sphere of Ukrainian show business. There have been researched some kinds of contracts which are applied rather often in the sphere of show business. There have been made the analysis of the following agreements: the Model Agency Contract, the Producer's Contract, the Concert services Contract, the Contract of the public Notification and Dissemination of the Audio-Vision Works by the means of mass-media comprising television, radio and Internet, the Intermediary Contract in the sphere of show business. There has been considered the essential conditions of the mentioned contracts and the structure of subjects. There have been determined the reasons for legal protection in the sphere of show business. There have been regarded the problematic issues and the ways for legal subjects to be protected in the sphere of show business. There have been made the group divisions of the ways to protect these subjects. On the account of the analysis of the home legal legislation and literature there has been made the firm conclusions, formulated the proposals aiming to improve the legal regulation concerning agreements in the in the sphere of show business.
