Danylenko Y. Civil legal regulation redemption of shares by joint-stock companies in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to civil legal aspects of redemption of shares by joint-stock companies in Ukraine. It examines, in particular, the main stages of the genesis of the legal regulation of share repurchase in Ukraine and in the world, the legal nature and content of legal relations redemption of shares. On this basis identifies the main types of redemption of shares (voluntary, mandatory and compulsory) and the differences between them, the content and features of each. Also, is investigated the legal regime of repurchased shares, forms and methods of protection of rights of redemption of shares. Based on the results of such research are proposed numerous changes in legislation aimed at systematizing law regulation of share repurchase, reforming of the procedures of voluntary and mandatory redemption of shares, introduction at legislation the compulsory redemption of shares, the improvement of the legal regime of repurchased shares and the strengthening of the protection of the rights of participants share repurchases.
