Rossylna O. Representation in business procedure of Ukraine.

The completion of the thesis is a scientific work, devoted to the research of questions of the legal regulation of the institute of business procedural representation. The historical patterns of procedural representation are investigated, the doctrine determination of business procedural representation is formulated, its features are defined, its classification is improved, the peculiarities of prosecutor's and legal representatives' participation are highlighted, and also correlation between business procedural representation and interjudicial legal assistance is determined. The procedural natures of statutory body, employees and specialists in the sphere of law are considered, the legal status of bodies of State Authority and other organs, that participate in business procedure with the aim to represent public interests, are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the competitive representatives that pursue their mandate in bankruptcy proceedings. According to the results of the research, the row of theoretical positions and conclusions, that develop regulation of legal status of Ukraine's attorneys and foreign attorneys, is set forth, and also scientifically reasonable and the certain suggestions sent to perfection of the legal adjusting of the institute of representation in business procedure law of Ukraine.
