Kolotilova I. Legality and validity of judgments in civil proceedings in Ukraine

This paper highlights the essence of the court's decision as a form of judicial decisions; determined by the content and components requirements of legality and validity of judgments; the theoretical and practical approaches to understanding their relationship; investigated the accuracy of the interpretation of substantive and procedural law as a guarantee of the legality of the decision and correct installation subject of proof as a guarantee of the validity of the judgment; the essence of the proof of the case and compliance with court's findings set out in the decision of the facts of the case as guarantees the validity of the judgment; the study formulated theoretical conclusions and practical suggestions for improving national legislation and practice on the adoption of legal and reasonable judgments.
