Chernota D. The peculiarities of the legal regulation of the women's labor.

Thesis is devoted to the theoretical and legal foundations of legal regulation of women's labor regulation and its further development. In the dissertation the analysis of the current legislation in the field of legal regulation of women's labor is made. The categorial-conceptual apparatus, such as: "method of legal regulation of women's labor", "international legal standards for the regulation of women's labor", "legal guarantees for the implementation of labor rights of women" is determined. Periods of formation and development of women's labor are conducted, and its main historical periods are determined. The features of legal regulation of women's labor are determined, which is caused by the specifics of its methodological framework, which is shown in the conjunction of imperative and discretionary methods. The basic rights and guarantees of women at the conclusion, amendment and termination of the employment relationship are determined. A number of problems implementing the labor rights of women are revealed and the main ways to solve them are proposed. The necessity of the implementation of international law, which regulates women's labor, into the Ukrainian legislation and its main directions are developed. In the dissertation are listed concrete proposals and recommendations for the improvement of legislation that defines the basic labor rights of women and guarantees of their implementations.
