Object - adrenalin myocardial damage; purpose - to establish mechanisms for the effect of melatonin on holinergical regulation of the heart with necrotic lesions according to sex; methods - electrophysiological, biological, biochemical, morphometrical, mathematical; results - it found that the cardioprotective effect of melatonin in a myocardial injury manifested adrenaline less intense accumulation of lipid peroxidation products, less depression of superoxide dismutase and catalase; the use of melatonin helped reduce pathology in a functional unit adrenergic influence of autonomic nervous system on the heart and enhance cholinergic effect that reduces voltage regulator mechanisms and heart rate, especially in males; cholinergic mechanism for reducing heart rate dynamics of the necrotic process is more characteristic for females; melatonin did not significantly affect the nature of the content and dynamics of the activity of the enzymatic hydrolysis of acetylcholine in the conditions of development of necrotic process in the heart; using melatonin acetylcholine content in the myocardium of the atria and ventricles have been higher than without such correction; changes in males were significant in the atrial myocardium, and females - in the ventricular myocardium.
