Kolos O. Repetition of crime under the Criminal Code of Ukraine

General tendencies concerning the regulation of crime repetition in historical and comparative legal aspects have been identified. Approaches to the definition of major criminal and legal contents of different normative models of crime repetition such as "narrow", "traditional", "broad" or "mixed" have been proposed. The views of the scientists who are against the elimination of rules relating to crime repetition from Criminal Law have been supported. Systematization of crime repetition according to separate categories has been specified. Peculiarities of the regulation of crime repetition under the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been established. Shortcomings of special legal and technical legal character have been determined.
