Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the toxicological and hygienic evaluation of antihistamines - dimedrol and loratadine. The toxicity of drugs in different ways intake of experimental animals in conditions of acute and subacute experiments was determined. The cumulative properties, allergenic effects, potential and real danger of developing a long-term effects of impact were studied. The toxic properties of loratadine were investigated on cladocerans Daphnia magna Straus and bull sperm. A hygienic assesment of working conditions during the production of dimedrol and loratadine with determination the concentrations of drugs in the air has been carried out. The data used to develop a set of measures to prevent the negative impact of dimedrol and loratadine on the employees in terms of production
