Bessmertnyi A. Chrono-dinamic deatures of autobiographical memory in patients with paranoid schizophrenia

In the work theoretical rationale and solution of the problem of medical psychology, which is to provide a method of modal analysis chrono-dynamic features of autobiographical memory (ABM) in patients with paranoid schizophrenia and development on their basis of psychosocial support (PS). Pointed out that a special place in his ABM of these patients takes information about their experiences in psychosis. Based on the evaluation of phenomenology reflected in the minds of significant events occurring in time, especially pathopersonology first created a new approach to psychrehabilitation. On the basis of summarizing the results justified and developed an integrated PS for patients with paranoid schizophrenia. The proposed measures are aimed at optimizing the mental state, attitude to his illness, the definition of individual and family resources; improve the adaptive capacity of the patient and his inner circle. This system has been put into practice, has shown efficacy in the follow-up stage in most clinical cases.
