Essay

The thesis reflects the problem of applying mild stimulation of follicular growth in the programs of fertilization in vitro in normal and poor response. The paper contains the results of clinical studies of infertile women treated by ART (Assisted Reproductive Technologies) methods and ART program results in the application of mild stimulation protocols for different subgroups of patients with normal and "poor" ovarian response. It has been proved the expediency of differential use of the mild stimulation protocols in ART programs depending on the ovarian reserve signs and hormonal state of the patients. The study found that the effectiveness of programs with mild stimulation is quite high and can be used for women of both normal and "poor" response.
