The thesis is devoted to questions of theoretical and practical obstetrics and gynecology: improving the quality of treatment of hyperplastic processes of the endometrium (endometrial hyperplasia) in patients after organ-preserving surgery for uterine leiomyoma by choosing the optimal hormonal correction schemes based on a comprehensive survey and study of the characteristics of the expression of markers of proliferation, apoptosis , angiogenesis, and steroid receptors. Based on advanced clinical and instrumental examination of women with endometrial hyperplasia and uterine leiomyomas using a complex of modern imaging techniques and immunohistochemical analysis of tissue samples various immunohistotypes of leiomyoma and endometrial hyperplasia were identified, depending on the expression of markers of proliferation, apoptosis and angiogenesis. Therewere correlations between morphological, instrumental and clinical data, based on which we developed approaches for the differentiated treatment of combined pathology of the uterus.
